Responsible Service of Alcohol

This course is available to anyone that wishes to obtain their Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation online for $56.00, including people not currently employed in the industry.
The following link is a generic shopping cart accessible by anyone that wishes to enrol in a course offered by William Angliss Institute (WAI). To successfully enrol in this NT RSA online course, please ensure you state your employer in the "Company" field. Further, NT residents are able to enter a postal address in lieu of the currently requested residential address - the system will accept this. If any fields are not completed correctly, you will be contacted by WAI for clarification. - Select the link above to access the payment options. Payment of $56.00 per participant is required to be made by credit card or PayPal.
- A link to the course, username/s and password/s will be issued to the email address supplied within a 24 hour period.
- Access the RSA course "Learning Material" by the participant/s can now occur when convenient for the participant/s.
- The participant may login and logout of the "Learning Material" using their individual username and password as many times as required however, once the "Assessment" has been commenced, the participant must remain logged in until the assessment is complete or any answers provided will be lost.
- Once the assessment is completed, an email will be forwarded within 24 hours notifying the participant of their result.
- If the participant has been successful, a printout of the email notification is to be provided to their manager for proof of their successful completion and for record keeping purposes.
- If the participant has not been successful, WAI will contact the participant directly and make arrangements for them to re-sit the assessment.
- Once a pass has been achieved, a certificate is forwarded to the participant within 2 weeks to the address provided in the initial registration process.
- Once received, a copy of the certificate should immediately be provided to the participant’s manager for their records.
