Hospitality NT offers members a range of support services to assist with queries relating to the Liquor Act and Regulations, including:
Interpretation of the Liquor Act.
Submissions regarding changes to the Liquor Act.
Advice to members regarding offences under the Liquor Act.
Advice and representation (where appropriate) at Licensing NT or the Liquor Commission.
- Advising licensees and their staff on responsibilities under the Liquor Act.
From 1 October 2019 there is a new Liquor Act and Regulations.
