Liquor Act
The AHA (NT Branch) can assist members with queries relating to the Liquor Act, including:
- Interpretation of the Liquor Act.
- Submissions regarding changes to the Liquor Act.
- Advice to members regarding offences under the Liquor Act.
- Advice and representation (where appropriate) at Licensing Commission hearings (a fee for this service may apply).
- Advising licensees on reponsibilities under the Liquor Act.
